Sarasota Memorial Hospital expanded closer to south Sarasota County with the opening of the Venice Campus. This build included a Medical Office Building, Patient Tower, and a Central Energy Plant. Within the Patient Tower was a complex, multi-stringer helix monumental stair and radiused glass curtainwall.
