The Marriott Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is unlike any other Disney Resort and the uniqueness of the structure makes for breathtaking views. From a construction viewpoint, this structure posed advanced challenges. Erecting steel on top of a 14-story structure is not for the faint of heart, and the GMF ironworkers tackled the challenges with enthusiasm. With heavy coordination between the General Contractor and trade partners, The GMF teams worked together to ensure the project was completed with a standard of excellence.
