Project Spotlight Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel

GMF Steel Group was honored to be selected as a part of the team to deliver the iconic new Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel. This project used an innovative method known as “Integrated Fabrication Delivery” in collaboration with Walter P. Moore. This approach included Walter P. Moore completing detail drawings at the same time they were completing the final design, which expedited shop drawings, reduced the quantity of RFIs, and ultimately cut valuable time out of the typical steel detailing and fabrication duration.
