As a highlight to the Orlando area Lake Nona development, GMF constructed a new 6 story, 1,000-ton, structural steel framed office building with a glass curtain wall and precast paneling. Due to a compact and challenging schedule, GMF utilized BIM modeling before the design was complete. This town center was the newest building in the Tavistock Group’s Orlando Development.
